Beautifully positioned on Cohasset Harbor, the Cohasset Harbor Resort's function rooms all look out onto spectacular views of picturesque Cohasset Harbor & the Atlantic Ocean!
Our Resort consists of Atlantica, formerly Hugo's Lighthouse Restaurant and The Cohasset Harbor Inn, formerly Kimball's by the Sea. Both have been South Shore landmarks for over 50 years.

A variety of private rooms and menu choices make the Cohasset Harbor Resort the perfect venue for a shower, christening, birthday party or other special daytime event. The menu that follows is designed to demonstrate the range in style that our kitchen can create. We will assist you in planning every detail of your event to make the food and service as memorable as the view.

Event Times

Events are scheduled for up to four hours. Although times can be flexible, during our high season the normal schedule is as follows:
Atlantica function room(s) events Noon - 4 PM, 1 PM - 5 PM, 6 PM - 10 PM or 7 PM - 11 PM

Deposits, Payments & Fees
All deposits & payments are non-refundable and are deducted from the final bill.
A minimum deposit of $200.00 is required to book an event.
Events must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

Bartender Fee

A set-up fee of $75 is charged for each bar that is set up for your event.
Cocktail service at no charge is available in the smaller rooms where no bar can be set-up.

A 20% gratuity & 6.25% Massachusetts meals will be added to all food and beverage.

Guest Count

Please notify Atlantica of your final guest count at least seven days prior to the date of your event.
The count given will be considered your guarantee, and this will be the minimum charged even if attendance is less.
