For the events that bring together friends, family and colleagues, the Cohasset Harbor Inn on Cohasset Harbor offers the perfect room with a view for your memorable event. Luncheon events are held Sunday - Friday and select Saturdays, 11AM-3PM or 12Noon - 4PM.

All of our function rooms overlook beautiful Cohasset Harbor, for groups of 10 to 600, we guarantee a spectacular view.

FEES

Dance Floor - $100.00
Bar Set Up - $75.00
Cake Cutting Fee - $1.50 per guest
Administrative Fee (applies to all event charges) - 20%
MA Tax (applies to all event charges) - 6.25%
A 6.25% MA Service Tax will be added to all fees including Administrative fee, Room rental fee,dance floor fee & bar set up fee.

ROOM RENTAL

Monday through Thursday lunch & dinner events
(4 hours) - $200*
Friday through Sunday lunch & dinner events
(4 hours) - $200.00*
*includes room & tables set up & house linen & napkins
Monday through Sunday lunch & dinner events additional hour - $250.00. This fee* includes: Room Set-up and Breakdown Table Linens, Private Room Event Coordinator, Fine China, Glassware, Flatware.

MINIMUMS

Minimums include all food & beverage sales.
Sunday - Thursday Evenings $1500
Friday evenings: $3000
Saturdays: $3000
Saturday Evenings: $5000

EVENT TIMES

Events are scheduled for up to four hours.
Luncheon events 11 am - 3 pm or Noon - 4 pm
Dinner events 6 pm - 10 pm or 7 pm to 11 pm

GUEST COUNTS & GUARANTEES

A minimum & maximum guest count may be required to book an event. The Cohasset Harbor Inn must receive your final guest count no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
This is considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend.

DECORATIONS

No thumb tacks or scotch tape may be used for decorations.
Please supply your own masking tape.
No confetti may be used as decoration.
