Deposits, Payments & Fees

Your initial deposit is your room fee and confirms the space. Deposits are non- refundable. Full payment is expected on or before the day of your event.

A 20% administrative fee & 6.25% MA Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage, Room rental fee & bar set up fee.
