Event Times

Events are scheduled for up to four hours.
Although times can be flexible, during our high season the normal schedule is as follows:

Atlantica Function Room(s) events Noon - 4 pm or
  1pm - 5 pm
  6pm - 10 pm or
  7pm - 11 pm

Deposits, Payments and Fees

All deposits & payments are non-refundable and are deducted from the final bill. A minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to book an event. Events must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

A 20% administrative fee & 5% MA Sales Tax will be added to all food & beverage A 5% MA Service Tax will be added to all fees including Administrative fee, Room rental fee & bar set up fee.

All fees are subject to change.

Bartender Fee
A set-up fee of $75 is charged for each bar that is set up for your event.
Cocktail service at no charge is available in the smaller rooms where no bar can be set-up.

A 20% administrative fee and 5% Massachusetts meals will be added to all food and beverage.

Guest Count
Please notify Atlantica of your final guest count at least seven days prior to the date of your event.  The count given will be considered your guarantee, and this will be the minimum charged even if attendance is less.
