All prices in this package are guaranteed for events that are booked by 12/31/06.
Deposits and Payments
Your initial deposit is your room fee and confirms the space.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Full payment is expected on or before the day of your event.
Room Rentals: $200
The Atlantica Room (up to 170 guests)
The Yacht Landing (up to 80 guests)
The Grand Atlantica Room (up to 240 guests)
The Sail room (up to 50 guests)
The Point Room (up to 30 Guests)
Harbor side Room(up to 125 guests)
Sundeck (up to 60 guests)
This fee includes: Room Set-up and Breakdown, table linens,
private room, event coordinator, fine china, glassware, and flatware
Minimums
A $1000 food & beverage minimum is required for all of the Cohasset Harbor Resort’s private function rooms.
Bartender Fee
A set-up fee of $75 is charged for each bar that is set up for your event.
Cocktail service at no charge is available in the smaller rooms where no bar can be set-up.
Administrative fee and Sales Tax
A 20% administrative fee and 5% Mass. Meals tax will be added to all food and beverage.
Guest Counts
Please notify Atlantica of your final guest count at least seven days prior to the date of your event. The count given will be considered your guarantee, and this will be the minimum charged even if attendance is less.
