Room Block Guidlines

Thank you for your interest in a room block at the Cohasset Harbor Inn.

Simply stated, the view from the Cohasset Harbor Inn is unsurpassed.   Overlooking Cohasset Harbor, our guest rooms provide a tranquil retreat. The Cohasset Harbor Inn is the main hotel of the Cohasset Harbor Resort, which consists of the Atlantica, a fine dining restaurant and the Olde Salt House, an outdoor casual dining eatery.

The Cohasset Harbor Inn Room block guidelines are as follows:

• Room blocks are offered in 10 room increments*.  Once the ten rooms are filled, more may be extended, if available. It is to your advantage to have your guests call as soon as possible.
• Blocks consist of half garden view and half harbor view rooms.
• Blocks are held for up to 90 days prior to the arrival date. Any rooms not reserved are released to general sales after the 90-day cut off date. We recommend sending a Save-The-Date card as soon as possible.
• Any rooms reserved after the release date will be charged regular rates.
• If any reservations cancel after the release date, the rooms are not put back into the block, but into general sales and the discounted rate is no longer available.
• If the minimum 10 rooms are not reserved a $200 fee will be charged.
• A signed contract must be on file to receive the room block rate. Reservations will not be taken until signed contract is received. A credit card is required to hold the room block.
• Room rates are based on double occupancy.  $15 for each additional person.
• Rates are non-commissionable.
• One suite & one mini suite are available per room block. Discount rates available with blocks.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought onto the property.  Please inform your guests.
• Please note that guest room parties are not permitted.  A Party Policy is signed by guests at check-in regarding this.
• We are a non smoking facility.

*Atlantica & Cohasset Harbor Inn wedding reception guests receive an option of blocking twenty rooms.
