Administrative Fee (applies to all event charges) - 20%
MA Tax (applies to all event charges) - 5%
A 5% MA Service Tax will be added to all fees including Administrative fee, Room rental fee,dance floor fee & bar set up fee.
EVENT TIMES
Lunch events must end no later than 5:00 PM
Dinner events must end no later than 12:00 AM
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All deposits & payments are non-refundable and are deducted from the final bill. A minimum deposit of
$1,000.00 is required to book an event. 25% of total remaining fee is due six months prior to event date.
Final payment is due one week before event.
GUEST COUNTS & GUARANTEES
A minimum & maximum guest count may be required to book an event.
The Cohasset Harbor Inn must receive your final guest count
no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
This is considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even
if fewer guests attend.
DECORATIONS
No thumb tacks or scotch tape may be used for decorations.
Please supply your own masking tape.
No confetti may be used as decoration.

The Minimum charge is $200.00 may vary depending on your needs.
