The Cohasset Harbor Inn offers a variety of fine wine and spirits. Our wine cellar has upwards of 200 different labels from all over the world. Our wine list has been recognized by Wine Spectator magazine with their “Award of Excellence.”

We use only premium brands for your guests. You also have the flexibility to choose a “host bar,” “cash bar,” or package.

Event Times

Events are scheduled for up to four hours, weddings for five hours. Although times can be flexible, during our high season the normal schedule is as follows:

Harborside Weddings   Noon - 5 PM
  7 PM - Midnight

All prices listed in this package are guaranteed for events that are booked by 12/31/11.

Bar Set Up - $75.00           
Room Rental Fee - $200.00
Administrative Fee (applies to all event charges) - 20%
MA Tax (applies to all event charges) - 6.25%
A 6.25% MA Service Tax will be added to all fees including Administrative fee, Room rental fee,dance floor fee & bar set up fee.

EVENT TIMES
Lunch events must end no later than 5:00 PM
Dinner events must end no later than 12:00 AM

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
All deposits & payments are non-refundable and are deducted from the final bill. A minimum deposit of $1000.00 is required to book an event. A 2nd deposit 25% of the estimated final bill is due nine months prior to event date and a 3rd deposit of 25% is due 3 months prior to you event. Final payment is due one week before event

GUEST COUNTS & GUARANTEES
A minimum & maximum guest count may be required to book an event. The Cohasset Harbor Inn must receive your final guest count no later than 7 days prior to the event date. 

This is considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend.

DECORATIONS
No thumb tacks or scotch tape may be used for decorations. Please supply your own masking tape. No confetti may be used as decoration.

Wedding Ceremonies
The Cohasset Harbor in will be happy to host your ceremony. The Minimum charge is $200.00 may vary depending on your needs.

Minimums
The Cohasset Harbor Inn requires a food and beverage minimum.
