EVENT TIMES
Lunch events must end no later than 5:00 PM

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS All deposits & payments are non-refundable and are deducted from the final bill. A minimum deposit of $1000.00 is required to book an event. A 2nd deposit 25% of the estimated final bill is due nine months prior to event date and a 3rd deposit of 25% is due 3 months prior to you event. Final payment is due one week before event
GUEST COUNTS & GUARANTEES
A minimum & maximum guest count may be required to book an event.
The Cohasset Harbor Inn must receive your final guest count
no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
This is considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even
if fewer guests attend.
DECORATIONS
No thumb tacks or scotch tape may be used for decorations.
Please supply your own masking tape.
No confetti may be used as decoration.
