	Standard Harborside and Garden Rooms Our standard Harborside and Garden rooms offer a tranquil setting overlooking either the harbor or street side. Rooms are equipped with glass doors opening to a shared terrace. King, Queen, Double Queen and Double Full bed configurations available.
	Deluxe Harborside Rooms Our newly renovated guest rooms overlook Cohasset Harbor and are equipped with a 34” flat screen Hi Definition TV, mini-fridge, new pillow top King or Double Queen beds, and luxurious bedding
	Mini Suites Our newly renovated Mini Suites overlook Cohasset Harbor and are equipped with a sitting room, 2 private terraces, 34” flat screen Hi Definition TV, mini-fridge, new pillow top King beds, and luxurious bedding. All suites are available with a queen size pull-out sofa.
	The Tiffany Suite Elegant one bedroom suite comes complete with a fully appointed kitchenette, generous living area with a queen pull-out sofa, 37” flat screen Hi Definition TV, and glass top dining table and chairs. The suite also includes oversized sliding glass doors that open to a large furnished terrace overlooking Cohasset Harbor.
	The Presidential Suite An extremely spacious two-room suite with oversize windows and a large private balcony overlooking the harbor. Separate living room includes a 37” flat screen Hi Definition TV, sofa with queen pull-out sofa bed, plush armchairs, large oak dining table with seating for 6, fully appointed kitchenette, and Keurig coffee maker.
